We offer a 30 day, hassle-free return guarantee.

You can return the product back to us even if you just did not like it within 30 days of delivery. All of our items include a free prepaid label so you can send it back within the 30 day timeframe for a full refund with no questions asked.

Orders outside of USA will not include a return label and you will need to pay for your own return shipping for international orders.

If you have requested a refund within the 30 day timeframe you will be refunded with no issues, any request after the 30 day timeframe will result in no refund.

All of our products come with a 2 year warranty. 


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days of us receiving the return.

Returned products that are received by TechsalesLLC in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from TechsalesLLC.
  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage. 
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
  • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
